The lecture titled "EU-China and US-China Trade Relations: Is there a Chance for Strategic Autonomy in the Age of Weaponization of Trade Dependencies?" discussed the trade dimension of topics related to the debates on decoupling, the efficiency of trade sanctions, economic coercion, and strategic autonomy, all in the context of US-China and EU-China relations.

PSSI Regional Security Program's Western Balkans team welcomed regional experts for a two-day workshop, held in Prague on October 7-8, 2022. The workshop focused on external actors' influence, democratic backsliding and current challenges, including the ongoing war in Ukraine. The Balkan experts and PSSI shared the current status of their research and project activities and the main priorities for the upcoming months.
