Dr. Jana Robinson, PSSI’s Managing Director, contributed to the first panel at ESPI's annual conference, entitled “Scaling European Space Capabilities for Security & Defence: From Ambition to Implementation”. 

Dr. Robinson discussed the primary drivers of the increased public interest in this portfolio, issues related to space hybrid threats, and the risks and threats posed by China’s malign commercial and financial statecraft in the space sector. She likewise appeared on panel 4, the closing panel of the conference, which focused on “leveraging different dimensions” of space security in implementing Europe’s policy ambitions in this domain.

Additionally, she shared her thoughts on how Europe can strengthen its space security & defence ambitions through trusted partnerships in an interview with SpaceWatch Global.
