PSSI is pleased to announce that Edward P. Kinsey, former Chief Financial Strategy Officer and Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment at the U.S. State Department, has joined the Institute as a Senior Fellow.

Mr. Kinsey will provide expertise on the national security and human rights dimensions of China’s presence in the U.S. capital markets and the present gaps in SEC material risk disclosure with respect to publicly traded Chinese companies as well as the lack of audits by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He will also share his keen sense of regulatory "loopholes" that have permitted Chinese corporate "bad actors" to find their way into the retirement and investment portfolios of scores  of millions of unwitting American retail investors.
