PSSI Now Accepting Applications: Economic & Financial Statecraft Program Internship

PSSI is looking for an intern for its Economic & Financial Statecraft Program. The intern should be interested in research, analysis and policy-making in the security aspects of international economic and financial (E&F) relations. This analyst should be able to work part time during the school semester and potentially full time during the summer (depending on the intern’s performance and available projects). The position will be located in Prague and is suitable for university students Bc., M.A., Ph.D. programs, and young professionals.
The intern will participate in conducting – and facilitating via fundraising – pioneering research and the crafting of policy responses to economic and financial threats in the E&F domain posed by China, Russia and other authoritarian police states to the transatlantic allies, including, of course, the Czech Republic. Specifically, the intern will assist in an upcoming project focused on uncovering and analyzing major European and American pension funds, and their investments in “malign”, publicly traded Chinese companies.
