PSSI’s Article entitled “Prominent Security Threats Stemming from Space Hybrid Operations” in “War and Peace in Outer Space” Publication by Oxford University Press Now Available for Purchase

PSSI’s Space Security Program Director, Dr. Jana Robinson, contributed with an article to the “War and Peace in Outer Space” publication by Oxford University Press, edited by Cassandra Steer and Matthew Hersch (book available for purchase here). The article, entitled “Prominent Security Threats Stemming from Space Hybrid Operations”, discusses hybrid threats stemming from activities by our major competitors (notably China and Russia) to project power, control and influence for the purpose of consolidating their strategic objectives (both industrial and military). It seeks to provide an overview of this complex issue and help define more informed security policy framework of strengthened resilience, deterrence and cross-domain response options.
