Dr. Jana Robinson and her work on Chinese "space sector capture” activities globally is described in an article in today’s Financial Times, entitled “US Military Officials Eye New Generation of Space Weapons”. 

The article made clear that China’s intention in expanding its global space footprint is largely to induce “dependency or even control over the space sectors of [some 60] recipient countries”.
